Art Club of McKinney

Above are the 2026–2027 Officers and Committee Chairs of the Art Club of McKinney, a 112-year-old organization and the oldest art club in the State of Texas. Serving as President of the Club and Board of Directors for 2026–2027 is Dr. Trina Harlow. We invite you to join our creative community and become part of our ongoing artistic efforts. The Art Club of McKinney meets on the second Thursday of each month, August through May, 10:00 a.m. to noon, First United Methodist Church HUB, 102 W. Lamar Street in McKinney. The mission of the Art Club of McKinney is to elevate the community’s artistic standards by providing inclusive, high-quality education and programming. Through workshops, exhibitions, other events, meetings, and partnerships and collaborations, we foster and expand creative growth, celebrate diverse perspectives, and welcome artists and art enthusiasts of all backgrounds and skill levels. We prioritize accessibility and clear communication—so every member can learn, contribute, thrive, and grow in their knowledge of art. We create community within the organization and the greater area.
