• Corresponding Secretary Send messages to those who are ill or bereaved and write thank-you notes on behalf of the Art Club.

• Social Media Create and post content related to upcoming events and opportunities to Facebook and Instagram accounts.

• Publicity Promote events and activities with magazines, newspapers, and other publications. 

• Audio/Visual Assist at monthly member meetings and art shows with managing AV equipment (Laptop, TV, HDMI, Microphone).

• Videographer Create short content videos for promotional use on website and social media accounts.

• Partnerships/Sponsorships Create packages for potential partners/sponsors and recruit partners/sponsors.

• Special Events Organize social outings such as field trips, mixers, breakfast/lunch/dinner/coffee, happy hours, art parties, etc.

• Curator Curate and hang art for art shows.

• Volunteer Coordinator Recruit and organize volunteers for events and activities throughout the year.

• Assets Create and keep inventory of assets.
