2025 'Through the Looking Glass' Tea & ARt Exhibit

The Art Club of McKinney, TX is collaborating with the Dallas Tea Party Co. to bring you a magical afternoon of tea, art, and whimsy! Bring your friends and family to step into an enchanting Alice in Wonderland Through the Looking Glass experience.

Open to Members and Non-Members, All Ages Welcome

📅 When: Saturday, February 22nd, 4–7 PM

💰 Price: Purchase your ticket today! $40 includes tea and delicious food.

🎩 Dress Code: Whimsical Alice-themed outfits and hats encouraged! Show off your creative style!

🍵 4-6PM: A magical tea experience with friends & family, fashion show
🖼️ 6-7PM: An art exhibit featuring Alice-themed creations by talented artists

Art Submissions

Tea & exhibit are open to members and non-members, all ages welcome
Limit 2 pieces per artist
Size Limit: 24" x 36", if your artwork is larger, please call/text Kathryn Ikle 901.240.1628 or email theartclubofmckinney@gmail.com to make arrangements for displaying your work in the exhibit

Artwork must be labeled and wired for hanging (download and print labels below) prior to art drop off
Art Drop Off Dates: Saturday, Feb 15-Wednesday, February 19, 2025 *participants will receive an email with location information
Art Drop Off Instructions: Artwork must be wrapped for transport (however you would like to protect you artwork i.e. bubble wrap, box, plastic wrap, portfolio, etc.), labeled on the back, and wired for hanging
Exhibit will be on display Saturday, February 22nd-Tuesday, February 25th
Art Pick Up Dates: Sunday, March 9th and Monday, March 10th
If artwork is for sale, indicate price and contact information on label(s)
Sales are between the artist and buyer and artist receives 100% of all sales
Art not picked up after the close of the show may be subject to a $10/day late charge.
